HOW IT WORKS

Step 1: Evaluation session

Assess your current skill level

The first session will be a general introduction where we'll get to know the player and conduct a basic assessment. This will include evaluating the player's technical skills, fitness level, hitting proficiency, pitching ability, baseball IQ, and overall understanding of the game.

Step 2: Custom plan

a program tailored to you 

After the initial session, we will assess and rank each player's skill set, providing an overall evaluation. This ranking will guide us in creating a personalized development plan tailored to each player's needs, focusing on their strengths and areas for improvement. Players will then work through their customized plan, which will include drills and exercises to enhance their technical skills, physical conditioning, hitting, fielding, game awareness, position-specific tasks, mental training, and speed & agility. Most importantly, this plan will help build their confidence on and off the field.

Step 3: Climb in the ranks

LEVELING up!

As players complete their curriculum, they will be assessed for progression to the next level. When players achieve a Gold ranking in all of the skill areas, they will attain 'Elite' status. At this point, the player will have demonstrated the technical, cognitive, and physical skills necessary to be recognized as an Elite player and will gain access to exclusive benefits. These perks include ongoing elite-level training, exclusive gear for Elite players, priority access to our Baseball Camps, and elite level access. Stay tuned for more perks coming soon…

Customized Training Package (option 1)

  • Implement customized drills focusing on skill development and reinforcing proper techniques.

  • Utilize video analysis to provide detailed feedback for performance enhancement.

  • Set specific and attainable goals for the athletes

  • Regularly review goals with players to track progress and make necessary adjustments.

  • Provide a strength and weakness assessment that allows the player avenues to focus and improve on.

This training package is good for one month and can be used twice a week with a total of 8 sessions!

Small Group Training (option 3)

  • Peer Learning: Benefit from observing and interacting with teammates, learning new techniques, and gaining insights from others' experiences.

  • Increased Engagement: Smaller groups mean more hands-on time with the coach, leading to more meaningful practice and immediate feedback.

  • Motivation and Competition: Engage in friendly competitions and drills that foster motivation, drive improvement, and build confidence.

  • Teamwork and Communication: Develop important on-field communication and teamwork skills in a collaborative setting that simulates real game scenarios.

  • Building Confidence: Increase self-assurance through practice and improvement in a supportive and encouraging group dynamic.

  • Efficient Use of Time: Maximize training effectiveness with structured sessions that provide targeted drills and techniques.

Elite Performance Package (option 2)

  • Implement customized drills focusing on skill development and reinforcing proper techniques.

  • Utilize video analysis to provide detailed feedback for performance enhancement.

  • Set specific attainable, relevant, and time-bound goals with each athlete.

  • Regularly review goals with players to track progress and make necessary adjustments.

  • Incorporate mental skills training to improve focus, confidence, and resilience.

  • Emphasize physical conditioning to enhance strength, speed, and endurance.

  • Assist players in creating highlight videos and profiles to showcase their abilities to college or professional scouts.

  • Collaborate with coaches and scouts to help place athletes in programs that align with their skill level and goals.

  • Provide guidance on nutrition and recovery strategies for optimal performance.
